Ninshu is a Kyoto pottery manufacturer that pursues modern practicality while preserving the tradition of serving the Ninna-ji Temple in Kyoto, which was founded by Emperor Uda in 888 and is now a World Heritage Site.

Each piece is handmade by a certified master craftsman using techniques of "Tebiki rokuro (hand-grinding potter's wheel)" and "Tegake Yuyaku (hand glazing)".

Glazing using gorgeous colors such as red, blue, and gold, which are mixed with both tradition and innovation, creates the desired look of Ninshu pottery.

You can purchase Ninshu's mutipurpose "Free Cups" (set of 2) at our Cool Japan Store. Almost all products are microwave and dishwasher-safe, and suitable for everyday use.

"Plastic Armor Bukou" by Model Studio Wako was developed with the hope that many people will be able to experience the typical armor of the Warring States period and gain a deeper understanding of the history.

There are not so many products that can be used to experience Kacchu easily due to their weight and cost. By making 99% of the armor with reinforced plastic, "Plastic Armor Bukou" allows anyone to experience Kacchu easier without destroying its ambiance.

Kote (arm guards) and Suneate (shin guards) are also included, so they can be put on easily and quickly.　Also a wooden stand and a storage box are included for displaying the Kacchu upright or storing in a box.
